contracts. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is prohibited from engaging in any other business for compensation for personal services during the time of service as Director. No contract shall be entered into by said Director with any firm or corporation in which said Director shall have any interest or shall be a stockholder, nor with any relative of said Director either by blood or marriage within the third degree.
