A.The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall establish and maintain adequate records and information on all underground storage tank systems owned and operated by the state or any agency of the state, including but not limited to school districts or any agency thereof and institutions of higher learning.
B.Upon the effective date of this act, every state agency and school district and institution of higher education owning or operating an underground storage tank system shall furnish and deliver to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services a report of the underground tanks owned and operated by the agency, district or i
