RELATION TO OTHER LAW AND LITIGATION The Red River Boundary Compact does not affect: 1. The Red River Compact, the text of which is set out in Section 1431 of Title 82 of the Oklahoma Statutes; 2. The riparian rights, if any, of adjacent landowners to access and use the waters of the Red River; or 3. Litigation pending in either state involving title to land or boundaries of rivers or water bodies of that state.
