Text

"Department of Central Services" to mean "Office of Management and Enterprise Services". Whenever the terms "Board of Affairs", "State Board of Public Affairs", "Board" when used in reference to the Board Of Public Affairs, "Office of Public Affairs", or "Department of Central Services" appear in the Oklahoma Statutes they shall mean the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Whenever the term "Director of Public Affairs" appears in the Oklahoma Statutes it shall mean the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Whenever the term "Director of Central Services" appears in the Oklahoma Statutes it shall mean the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services or designee.
