special or nonstate funds. Each person employed by any department, institution, or agency of the State of Oklahoma whose duties include custody, supervision or control and authority to expend money from any canteen, revolving, depository or special fund, whose revenue is derived from funds other than state collected or appropriated funds, shall be required to furnish a corporate surety bond in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), as set by the person in charge of the institution, with a company qualified to do business in Oklahoma, to be approved as provided by law, to assure the faithful performance of his duties. All premiums on such bonds shall be paid by the State of Oklahoma.
