A.There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology to be designated the “Oklahoma Capital Formation Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of appropriated funds. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and, as authorized by the Oklahoma Science and Technology Research and Development Board, shall be expended by the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology to perform the duties imposed upon the Board by law. Expenditures of appropriated funds from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office

A. Any unexpended funds remaining in the Oklahoma Capital Investment Board Revolving Fund after November 15, 1991, shall be transferred to the credit of the Oklahoma Capital Formation Revolving Fund.
