into Fund. The board of directors shall have the power to designate for deposit to the Fund such portion as it deems appropriate of any gifts, grants, loans or other aid made available to the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority by the federal government, the state or any state agency, any person, corporation, foundation or other legal entity.
