A.There is hereby created the Science and Technology Council, to continue until July 1, 2007, in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Sunset Law. The Council shall consist of fourteen (14) members, who shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate and serve at the pleasure of the Governor, and the Secretary of Science and Technology Development. The Secretary of Science and Technology Development shall chair the Council, preside at meetings of the Council, arrange the Council's agenda, appoint committees as desired, sign official Council documents, and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Council.
