technology transfer offices. It is the intent of the Legislature that the Commercialization Center funded through the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology (OCAST) and the technology transfer offices within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education (OSSHE) complement each other's capabilities and work closely to optimize each other's effectiveness. The OSSHE technology transfer offices shall create an entrepreneurial climate on the campuses to maximize opportunities for commercialization of technology resulting from university research. The Commercialization Center shall assist technology-based businesses to start up and grow in Oklahoma.
