Text
and agencies. No county in Oklahoma shall be required to be under the jurisdiction of a planning district or any clearing agency by whatever name, located in another state, in order to receive grants, aid, loans or other federal funds for any purpose. Appropriate federal agencies shall be advised of this provision and the Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall take such steps as are necessary to implement these provisions.
