of Energy Conservation Services Division of Corporation Commission - Classification of transferred employees. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall have the authority to establish, administer and enforce state and federal energy conservation programs including, but not limited to, implementing The Energy Conservation Act of 1975 (P.L. 94-163), National Energy Extension Service Act (P.L. 95-39, 42 U.S.C. Section 7001 et seq.) and the National Conservation Policy Act (P.L. 95-619), except as otherwise provided by law. The Energy Conservation Services Division of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission is hereby abolished.
