reimbursement - Quorum.

A.There is hereby created the Oklahoma Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations which shall be an advisory committee to the Oklahoma Legislature.
B.The Oklahoma Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations shall be composed as follows: 1. One elected municipal official or designee from a municipality with a population of less than fifty thousand (50,000) persons, one elected municipal official or designee from a municipality with a population of fifty thousand (50,000) persons or more and one elected county official, all of whom shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; 2.
