Text

There is hereby established an advisory committee to the Legislature of Oklahoma and to the Governor of Oklahoma. Such committee shall be composed of four (4) members of the Oklahoma Bar to be appointed by the Governor with the advice of the President of the Oklahoma Bar Association and two (2) members, at least one of whom is a member of the House of Representatives, to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and two (2) members, at least one of whom is a member of the Senate, to be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. Each member shall serve for four (4) years or until his death, resignation, or failure or refusal, certified by the remaining members, to perform his duties, renders his place vacant, whereupon the vacancy shall be filled in the same man
