The Commission shall report to the Governor, to the President Pro Tempore of theSenate and to the Speaker of the House of Representatives at least thirty (30) days prior to the convening of each regular legislative session, and at such other times as it deems appropriate. The members of the Commission shall serve without compensation for such service but shall be reimbursed for all official travel and necessary expenses at rates now provided, or which may hereafter be provided by law for state officials and employees under the provisions of the State Travel Reimbursement Act. Members of the Joint Committee on Interstate Cooperation shall be reimbursed for official travel and necessary expenses in the same manner as provided by law for members of the State Legislature.
