Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 74-4251 (2026).

Text

No person required to be registered as a lobbyist with the Ethics Commission may: 1. Knowingly or willfully make any false statement or representation of the facts to a member of the legislative branch, judicial branch or executive branch; or 2. Knowing a document to contain a false statement, cause a copy of the document to be received by a member of the legislative branch, judicial branch or executive branch without notifying such member in writing of the truth.
