Text
and preservation projects - Competitive bidding exemption. By the order of the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, restoration and preservation projects of the State Capitol Building or of the Governor's Mansion may be exempted from the provisions of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974, Section 101 et seq. of Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes. For exempted State Capitol Building or Governor's Mansion construction projects, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall select among contractors qualified by past experience to conduct historical preservation projects.
