Text

A.The State Capitol Preservation Commission shall be composed of fifteen (15) members as follows: 1. Three members shall be appointed by the Governor; 2. Three members shall be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate; 3. Three members shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; 4. One member shall be appointed by the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court; and 5. The following shall be ex officio members: a. Chairman of the Oklahoma Arts Council, b. President of the Oklahoma Historical Society, c. Capitol Architect and Curator, d. Superintendent of the Capitol, and e. Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services or a designee.
B.The initial term of office of the appointed members shall be as follows: 1. One of the members appointed
