Text
statutory entity. All persons employed by any statutory entity which has been terminated by operation of the Oklahoma Sunset Law, but has been re- created within one (1) year after the final termination date shall be deemed employees of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for not more than one (1) year after such final termination date. Salaries and benefits of such employees shall continue from the final termination date until the effective date re-creating the statutory entity, and shall be paid from the funds of the re-created statutory entity as soon as available. For the purpose of this section "final termination date" shall mean the date on which a statutory entity's powers, duties and functions are to be abolished pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Sunset Law.
