§ 74-3902 — Definitions.
Oklahoma·Title 74 State Government
As used in the Oklahoma Sunset Law: 1. "Statutory entity" means any department, agency, commission, board or other regulatory instrumentality of state government enumerated in the Oklahoma Sunset Law; and 2. "Termination date" means the date provided for termination of legislative authority for the existence of a particular entity as provided for in this act.
