Text
Any person who shall knowingly make or receive, either directly or indirectly, a kickback shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or double the amount of the financial gain, or be imprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both.
