§ 74-3118 — Written response at time of denial of permit, license or
Oklahoma·Title 74 State Government
tax exemption. Every state agency that has authority to deny a permit, license, or tax exemption shall provide a written response to the applicant at the time of denial that states the reason for the denial, any applicable appeals procedure for the applicant, and any time limitation for filing an appeal.
