A.There is hereby created until July 1, 2023, the Oklahoma Commission on Opioid Abuse.
B.The Commission shall be chaired by the Attorney General and be composed of thirteen (13) members representing the health community, state and local law enforcement, the business community and the Legislature. The Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, or a designee, the Director of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control, or a designee, the Chairman of the Oklahoma District Attorneys Council, or a designee, and the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Insurance, or a designee, shall serve as ex officio members.
