§ 74-231 — Bureau created.
Oklahoma·Title 74 State Government
There is hereby created a bureau to be known as the "Oklahoma Geological Survey," which shall be under the direction of a commission, to be known as the State Geological Commission, composed of the Governor, the President of the State University, and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
