Expenditure Revolving Fund A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to be designated the "Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Capital Expenditure Revolving Fund".

B.The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department from the apportionment of gross production tax revenues as prescribed by Section 1004 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

C.All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department for the purpose of one-time capital expenditures for capital assets owned, managed or controlled by th
