Text
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Department to be designated the "Oklahoma Today Magazine Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Department from donations, gifts and bequests by individuals, corporations, organizations, associations and foundations specifying that such monies be expended on "Oklahoma Today Magazine" and its ancillary products and activities. No state monies shall be deposited in this fund. From monies deposited in this fund, the Executive Director may reimburse the publisher of "Oklahoma Today Magazine" and its staff for all actual and necessary expenses for travel, subsistence and entertainment in order to gain advertising and promot
