§ 74-2209 — Aid and assistance for development of community

Oklahoma·Title 74 State Government

recreation programs. The Executive Director may authorize the provision of aid and assistance to the governmental units of Oklahoma or to any nongovernmental agency or organization in planning for the development of community recreation programs. The Department may act jointly with other state agencies, institutions, departments, boards or commissions, to coordinate the park and recreational functions at the state level of government.
