computer systems. The Office of the State Auditor and Inspector is authorized to enter into a contract with each board of county commissioners of this state for the purpose of providing uniform computer systems development, including computer software, for county government in accordance with the provisions of Sections 178.4 and 693 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
