On or before March 1 of each year, the Commission shall provide a report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate which shall include, but not be limited to: 1. the number of applications for export trading companies submitted; 2. the number of applications for export trading companies approved; and 3. the number of jobs created by each export trading company and the dollar value of export trade generated by each export trading company.
