Text
The remedies and causes of action provided pursuant to the laws of the United States, to the exclusion of any remedies provided pursuant to Sections 1 through 36 of Title 79 of the Oklahoma Statutes concerning restraint of trade, shall apply to any export trade-related conduct or activity of an export trading company.
