Text
The purposes of the Export Trading Company Act shall be: 1. to provide an incentive for creating new companies and transactions to export Oklahoma goods and services to foreign markets; and 2. to promote, encourage and advance economic prosperity and employment throughout the state by fostering the expansion of exports of Oklahoma manufactured goods and services to foreign purchasers; and 3. to create a more favorable regulatory and tax climate for businesses which qualify as export trading companies in Oklahoma.
