Text

A.The governing and administrative powers of the Oklahoma World Trade Development Authority shall be vested in a Board of Directors consisting of nine (9) members, four of whom shall be appointed by the Governor, two of whom shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and two of whom shall be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, with the advice and consent of the Senate. At least one member shall be appointed from each congressional district. The remaining member, who shall be chairman of the Authority, shall be the Governor of the State of Oklahoma. Members shall be qualified electors of the state and actual residents of the congressional district from which they are appointed.
