medical and health care services.

A.Adequate medical care shall be provided in a detention facility. The facility administrator shall develop and implement written policies for emergency medical and health care services. The facility administrator shall be responsible for the medical services of the detention facility and shall develop, with the assistance of a designated medical authority, the health care plan for the detention facility.
