Text
If any employee of the State Department of Health who heretofore or hereafter has been transferred from another state agency, or terminated his employment by such other state agency to be immediately reemployed by the State Department of Health, he shall retain the same status, rights and privileges and retention points that shall have accrued to him while employed by the other state agency in the classified service under the Merit System for Personnel Administration.
