Text

A.The Commission for Rehabilitation Services shall meet a minimum of ten (10) times per calendar year and shall hold a regular annual meeting at which it shall elect from among its membership a chairperson and a vice-chairperson. Special meetings may be held at such times as may be deemed necessary or advisable by a majority of the Commission members. B.
1.All meetings of the Commission shall be open and public and shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Section 301 et seq. of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and the Oklahoma Open Records Act, Section 24A.1 et seq. of Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
