for national criminal background check. The State Department of Rehabilitation Services is hereby authorized to request from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation national criminal background checks as provided for in Section 150.9 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes on all persons seeking employment with the Department.
