Text

Recovery Revolving Fund.

A.All monies received from fines and forfeitures for violations of the provisions of this act on behalf of the Bureau, when collected by the court clerk, shall be deposited by such clerk as follows: 1. Fifty percent (50%) thereof with the county treasurer to be credited to the general fund of the county and so reported; and 2. Fifty percent (50%) shall be transmitted to the Oil and Gas Theft Recovery Fund by cash voucher and so reported.
B.All transmittals of monies under this section shall be accompanied by a report showing the name of the court, the number of the case, the style of the case and the amount of fine and forfeiture in each separate instance.
C.There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Bureau, to be designated the "Oil
