Text
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, to be designated the "A.F.I.S. Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, from appropriations, federal grants and assessments levied to said fund pursuant to law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for the purpose of maintaining and operating the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (A.F.I.S.) until the indebtedness for the purchase of the automated fingerprint identification system equipment has been satisfied and to purchase equip
