benefits. The amount of monthly contribution to be made by persons who are drawing disability benefits under Section 1331 et seq. of this title and who are enrolled in the insurance plans shall be deducted from the monthly disability benefits of such persons and remitted to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority. The procedures for such deductions and remittances shall be established by the Authority.
