Postcompletion Revolving Fund. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Native American Cultural and Educational Authority (Authority), to be designated the "American Indian Cultural Center and Museum Postcompletion Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Authority. The fund shall consist of monies received in the form of state appropriations and unexpended operational funds remaining to the Authority upon its termination as provided for by Section 1226.2 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
