§ 74-1226.20 — American Indian Cultural Center and Museum Completion

Fund. A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Native American Cultural and Educational Authority (Authority) to be designated the "American Indian Cultural Center and Museum Completion Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Authority. The fund shall consist of monies received by the Authority in the form of nonstate and nonfederal donations, contributions, gifts and bequests for the purpose of completing the American Indian Cultural Center and Museum (AICCM). Monies deposited to the credit of the fund shall only be expended for the purpose of completing the AICCM.
