Text
limitations. The Authority is hereby authorized to create an endowment fund for the purpose of providing educational or vocational scholarships to members of federally recognized Indian tribes located in the State of Oklahoma. No more than sixty percent (60%) of all revenues in excess of any amounts needed to satisfy the provisions of Section 7 of this act may be expended to fund such endowment.
