region. The State of Oklahoma hereby concurs in the inclusion of all or a portion of said state, with portions of other states, as a part of an "economic development region," now or hereafter designated by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, or such other official as may be provided by law, under laws heretofore or hereafter enacted by the Congress of the United States; such concurrence refers particularly to, but is not limited to, the Ozarka Region of Eastern Oklahoma, Western Arkansas, Southern Missouri and contiguous areas.
