Text

A.All state agencies shall maintain inventory records of its motor vehicles. The records shall include: 1. A detailed description of each vehicle, including its original cost; 2. The vehicle identification number; 3. The license tag number; 4. The make, model, and year of the vehicle; and 5. A designation of loaned or leased vehicles and the name of the vendor.
B.Each state agency regardless of the exceptions granted in Section 78 of this title shall provide motor vehicle inventory records to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services at such times as may be requested by the Fleet Management Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
