The following positions and personnel at the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs shall be civil service exempt as provided in the Civil Service and Human Capital Modernization Act: 1. Physicians assistants; 2. Occupational therapists; 3. Physical therapists; 4. Pharmacists; 5. Speech pathologists; 6. Nurse practitioners; 7. Physical therapy assistants; 8. Administrative Assistant to the Director; 9. Programs Administrators; 10. Administrators, Veterans Centers; and 11. Assistant Administrators, Veterans Centers.
