A.There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs to be designated the "K-I-A Reinterment Fund". The fund balance shall not exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) and shall consist of: 1. All monies apportioned or allocated to the fund pursuant to law; 2. Any amounts appropriated by the Legislature to the fund; and 3. Gifts, grants, and other donations received for the fund.
B.All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of Veterans Affairs for the purposes of disinterring those who were killed in action while in combat with a hostile force and reinterment in a State Veterans Cemetery.
