The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs in its capacity as an operator of nursing facilities under Title 72 of the Oklahoma Statutes is authorized to provide an employer-based program for training of nurse aides for purposes of certification by the State Department of Health. Such programs shall comply with the provisions of Section 1-1951 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
