Text

A.Any person who willfully violates Section 806, subsection A of Section 808, subsection A of Section 809, Sections 811, 812, 819, 821 or 822 of this title or who willfully violates any rule under the act or who willfully violates any order of which the person has notice, or who violates Section 820 of this title knowing that the statement made was false or misleading in any material respect, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense and may upon conviction be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or imprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both, for each offense.
