Text

A.A person who willfully violates this act, or a rule adopted or order issued under this act, except Section 1-504 of this title or the notice filing requirements of Section 1-302 or 1-405 of this title, or that willfully violates Section 1-505 of this title knowing the statement made to be false or misleading in a material respect, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense and shall be fined not more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), or imprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both such fine and imprisonment. An individual convicted of violating a rule adopted or order issued under this act may be fined, but may not be imprisoned, if the individual did not have knowledge of the rule or
