Residency Revolving Fund. The Health Care Workforce Training Commission is hereby authorized to enter into contractual arrangements with residency training programs at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, University of Oklahoma-Tulsa Medical College, or the Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, in order to enhance available funding for the training of primary care residents and to pay the cost of the salary stipend and expenses of the resident physician for the period of time spent in the residency programs. Monies received by the Commission from the participating residency training program under the provisions of this section shall be deposited to, and disbursed from, the "Residency Revolving Fund" hereby created in the State Treasury.
