Text
school areas - Vote by board of education. The board of education of a school district or a private school may, through a majority vote of the board, allow a correctional facility operated by the Department of Corrections, a county, a municipality, or a private corporation to operate within the areas restricted by Sections 563 and 563.1 of Title 57 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
